On Thursday November 21st J Street Technology hosted our first Access Day. It was held in the Microsoft offices of the Bravern in downtown Bellevue and was sold out with over 60 attendees. Coinciding with the MVP Summit brought in additional Access professionals from around the world. There were people from Austria, Russia, England, Australia, Brazil and at least three from Germany. Speakers of the day were Access experts (including two from the Access team at Microsoft) who had an hour each to present their unique insights to the packed room.
The day finished up at 5pm with wonderful door prizes, including a new Surface 2 and keyboard. The event was a smashing success and has encouraged us to hold more events in the future with the possibility of taking Access Day to other cities. We will keep everyone posted as soon as we begin planning our next event!
